Conveniently located across the street a supermarket and ATM machine and a mere 3-minute drive from the vibrant High Rise Area, where you'll find an array of exquisite restaurants, bars, and Aruba's pristine white beaches.
The building is securely enclosed with a fully fenced perimeter, featuring an entrance protected by an electric fence. Guests enjoy complimentary parking within the property grounds.
This generously proportioned apartment is situated on the second floor, accessible via a staircase. It comprises a spacious living room equipped with air conditioning, an open, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with warm water, and a sizable bedroom also equipped with air conditioning. A balcony overlooks the inviting pool area, while amenities such as 2 beach chairs, a cooler, an iron, an ironing board, a safe, and a telephone for local calls are provided for your convenience.
On-site facilities include a communal pool and coin-operated washing and drying machines.
Guests receive two discount bar codes through email or text message: one for Super Food Plaza, the island’s largest and best supermarket, just a 3-minute drive away. Open from 8 am to 8 pm (and until 6 pm on Sundays), it provides everything you need, including a delightful Dutch bakery. The other bar code offers a 15% discount at Yummy Aruba establishments, which include bars and restaurants in the vibrant High Rise Area. Some of these venues are located right on the beach, perfect for enjoying a stunning sunset with a refreshing drink.
We also offer car rental assistance in partnership with the island’s top rental company, ensuring competitive rates. They will meet you at the airport upon your arrival with your rental car, which you can return at the airport on your departure day. Please contact us for a quote.
The minimum stay requirement is 3 nights, inclusive of complimentary parking, wireless internet access, as well as water and electricity usage.
RATE, TAXES & FEES
An end-of-stay cleaning fee of US$ 100.00 applies. Additionally, a 12.5% tourist tax / eco tax of $3.00 per night and a 6% booking fee are added to the total bill.

Booking Terms
Cancellation Policy
Lessee can at any time, due to urgent circumstances cancel, change or transfer his or her reservation. This must be done in writing to (the agent of) the Lessee and as soon as possible. The cancellation costs are as follows:
* Cancellation up to 16 weeks prior to the Rental Period: 10% of the total Rental Fee
* Cancellation up to 8 weeks prior to the Rental Period: 25% of the total Rental Fee
* Cancellation up to 4 weeks prior of the Rental Period: 50% of the total Rental Fee
* Cancellation within 1 week of the Rental Period: 80% of the total Rental Fee
We advise you to arrange for travel insurance that includes a cancellation clause to cover (most of) these costs.
