Reservation Policy
Check-In Time 03:00 PM | Check-Out Time 11:00 AM
At the time of booking we require a 50% down payment. 8 weeks before arrival we charge the remainder of your total reservation through credit card.
Cancellation Policy
Lessee can at any time, due to urgent circumstances cancel, change or transfer his or her reservation. This must be done in writing to (the agent of) the Lessee and as soon as possible. The cancellation costs are as follows:
- Cancellation up to 16 weeks prior to the Rental Period: 10% of the total Rental Fee
- Cancellation up to 8 weeks prior to the Rental Period: 25% of the total Rental Fee
- Cancellation up to 4 weeks prior of the Rental Period: 50% of the total Rental Fee
- Cancellation within 1 week of the Rental Period: 80% of the total Rental fee
We advise you to arrange for travel insurance that includes a cancellation clause to cover (most of) these costs.

The cottage, hospitality, and amenities were far beyond my expectations. Everything you need and then some. It’s a perfect place to have a quiet relaxation vacation but close enough to all the activity that Aruba has to offer! I enjoy my quiet mornings listing to the birds sitting by there private pool & vast garden area , or your lil garden space by the cottage drinking my coffee or reading every morning ... I recommend this place to everybody. Rich and Jamie were the most awesome host and had answers to every questions. The location and the pool or just what my soul needed! Thank you Alicia
